Based on the generous support from our donors, IAD-MSC aims to run community outreach projects for Hong Kong's underprivileged suffering from severe diseases of the mouth and jaws (like cancer), inflamed gums, tooth decay, crooked teeth, and deformed faces.
Eligibility
We aim to provide free comprehensive dental treatment for needy patients who meet one of the following criteria:
Receiving Comprehensive Social Security Assistance (CSSA)
Earning an income not exceeding the latest means-test threshold for public rental housing
Residents of public rental housing
In addition, eligible patients also have to be:
Suffering from oral cancer, severe gum disease, tooth decay, or maligned teeth or jaws
Ambulatory and medically fit for periodontal and implant therapy
Willing to comply with the entire treatment plan & schedule

Applying for Treatment
Step 1

Step 2
IAD-MSC staff will contact you to arrange the following:
(a) Confirmation of supporting documents for eligibility.

(b) An initial screening appointment by a dentist to assess treatment suitability.
Step 3
Upon confirmation of eligibility , suitability, and availability of funding, the IAD-MSC customer service team will schedule your first treatment appointment.

Q: What supporting documents do I need to provide to IAD-MSC to verify my eligibility?
A: Typical proof of documentation accepted includes result notification letter from relevant government departments on CSSA / Public Rental Housing, rental invoices, address proof etc.
Q: If I have been determined as not eligible or suitable for receiving treatment under the project, could I still receive treatment at IAD-MSC through other means?
A: Yes, you can register as a regular patient and receive treatment on a fee-based service.
